First of all, after having registered for the event, you will receive an invitation to access the platform where the event will take place. Once you have logged in, you will have to create an avatar that will represent you the day of the event and which will allow you to interact with all the other attendees. 

In order to learn how to use the platform, Walcon has developed all kinds of explanatory dossiers where we teach you how to navigate through the world perfectly: how to move around, talk to the other attendees or configure settings such as audio and microphone;

Also, if you are a speaker at the event, do not worry about anything, we will provide you with full training to explain everything you need to do on the day of the presentation so that everything goes perfectly;

What if I have a problem the day of the event and do not know how to solve it? You do not have to worry about this either! For all events, we always rely on a fantastic support staff to assist all attendees who may have problems or do not know how to do something.
