LaLiga and Rafa Nadal in the Metaverse
This is a subtitle for your new post
This week LaLiga announced a partnership with the South Korean company TVm, owner of Triverso, where they will stream football matches and market NFTs, among other innovations. A few days ago we noted that the Italian league (Serie A) was the first to broadcast a match via the metaverse, so this alliance by the Spanish league underscores growing interest in these virtual spaces.
As LaLiga representatives explain: “Audiovisual content consumption has undergone tremendous changes in recent years, with the advent of new platforms and formats that allow reaching diverse audiences more directly and interactively.”
At Walcon Virtual, we have been advising and helping thousands of companies to dive into these new technologies and succeed in all their virtual ventures.
Meanwhile, Rafa Nadal — more specifically his academy — launched “Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar,” a metaverse where users can explore the facilities and participate in games for chances to win prizes.
