How do we work to maximize your results?

  1. Kick-Off

    The first step is to create easy ways of communication with the technitians, project manager and the clients. We either adapt to the client's needs and technology or we provide ours, which has been perfected for a smooth start of the project. We also schedule a weekly meeting and we grant access to our project management tool for easy follow up.

  2. Registration Form

    We plan and set up the registration process, including a payment gateway if needed. This can be integrated into the event website, fully personalized, and connected via API with the selected event technology.

  3. Platform Adaptation

    In the weeks following the kick-off, our team will adapt the digital tools to meet the specific requirements of the project. This includes 3D design, environment customization, information integration, uploading links, and more. Weekly follow-up sessions will be held to review progress, share updates, and coordinate any necessary adjustments.

  4. Final Testing

    Once all customizations and integrations are complete, we conduct thorough testing to ensure that every element functions as intended. This includes testing user access, navigation, interactive features, and integrations. A full walkthrough is then presented to the client for feedback and approval. Any final adjustments are made at this stage to guarantee a seamless experience for all participants during the event.

  5. Event Execution

    On the day of the event, our team provides full operational support to ensure everything runs smoothly. We monitor the platform in real-time, assist attendees and speakers as needed, and quickly address any technical issues that may arise.
